High Recall
Privacy Policy
Updated 28 October 2026
High Recall is run by High Recall Pte. Ltd. This page covers this website, the enquiry form and how we handle the emails you send us. How we handle a client’s own data is set out in our agreement with that client.
This Website
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other sites. It sets an essential session cookie so the enquiry form is secure and can confirm your submission. To limit abuse of the form, we keep a temporary hashed request identifier rather than your raw IP address. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so we can keep the site secure and working.
If we add analytics later, we’ll update this page before we turn it on.
When You Contact Us
The email buttons on this site don’t send anything themselves. They open your own email app with a short template filled in, and we only receive it if you choose to send it.
If you use the enquiry form, we receive the website, work email and any name and goals you enter. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include. We use it to reply, to understand whether we’re a good fit and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. Only our authorised staff can see enquiries.
We don’t create an account for you, add you to a mailing list, or sell or rent your information.
When You Become a Client
To do the work, you may give us access to services such as Google Search Console, your analytics and your website’s code repository. We only use the permissions you grant, only for your account, and only for the work in our agreement.
- What we keep: the data needed to do and report the work, such as search performance figures, page snapshots and the AI answers we record for your buyer questions.
- Who sees it: our team and the service providers we use to run High Recall, such as our hosting, email and workspace tools.
- AI tools: we use AI models from third-party providers to help research and draft work. They receive the content a task needs, never your passwords or access keys.
- Taking access back: you can remove our access at any time from each service’s settings, or by asking us. When an engagement ends, we remove our access.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiries and client records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using it. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
